As part of our mission to be a community gathering space, our nonprofit offers our venue for rent with discounts for nonprofit use.
Rental proceeds are used to promote restoration efforts of the historic portion of our building.

THE ANNEX

Our Annex Conference Center is a flexible and tasteful rental venue for your corporate, public, or celebratory occasion. The room is approximately 1,000 square feet with a kitchenette. There is Gigabit high-speed internet and the ability to connect to a projector screen and digital monitors. We also offer a comprehensive selection of event rental equipment to accommodate your unique gathering from audiovisual, broadcast, and live streaming tools, staging and lighting equipment, to food & beverage supplies.

Additional Details:

  • Seating and tables for up to 64 people

  • 5-foot round and rectangular 6 and 8-foot tables available

  • Up to 75 people can sit theater-style or standing-room

  • A private ADA-accessible restroom and 6 public restrooms

  • No extra charge for room set up or food items brought in

  • 53 free off-street parking spaces

  • ADA parking and ramp, or staircase for entry

  • 5-min walk from Downtown, 2-min drive from Depot Town, and 3 blocks from Eastern Michigan University

  • Additional rental equipment available
